Kindergarteners were recently treated to a celebration of Yorktown Victory Day by inviting Mr. Bennett (Magruder teacher) and Mr. Wilson (Magruder parent) who both play for the Colonial Williamsburg Fife and Drum Corps to lead our parade around the school. The Kindergartners learned the importance of the Yorktown Battle and were happy to celebrate as they marched with their own fife, drums, hats, and flags in their parade.
