Goal 1
By June 2025, MES will increase the number all students passing the VA English SOL by 3 percentage points.
Baseline data: 3rd grade: 85% 4th grade: 79% 5th grade: 78%
Students with disabilities and Multiple Races categories will decrease the gap with their peers by 3%
Baseline Data: SY24SWD; 47% pass rate SY24 Multiple Races 65% pass rate SY24 All Students: 81%
SY2024 Grades 1-3 VALLSS fall data indicates 20 students in the high-risk band.

Goal 4
By June 2025, Magruder Elementary School will increase the percentage of students with disabilities passing the VA Math SOL by 3% points. By June 2025, Magruder Elementary School will increase the percentage of students with disabilities passing the VA Reading SOL by 3% points.
